Kindly inspect your merchandise carefully upon receival, in case of shortage, damage or any other discrepancy
FMF Glass Hardware Inc. will only replace items or issue a in-store credit for future purchases, at our will if:
- Merchandise is damaged/ does not function properly
- A discrepancy in your order has occurred (Wrong items were given)
Merchandise must be returned at the location of pickup within 30 days of original date of purchase. After this timeline has exceeded, items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. FMF Glass Hardware Inc. will not accept any returns after 60 days of the original date of purchase.
All products must be in original packaging, unused and in selling condition in order to be eligible for return.
FMF Glass Hardware Inc. will not be held liable for any costs that may have occurred on the consumer’s end, due to damages or any other discrepancies
Please note, all in-store credits which are issued must be used within 90 days. After this timeline has exceeded any credits on account will be terminated without notice
All stock doors are not eligible for return or exchange. Items are final sale. Please double-check to ensure there are no damages such as scratches, chips or any imperfections before loading
Stainless Steel Returns
All stainless steel products must be in in original packaging in order to be eligible for exchange. Merchandise cannot have any damages, FMF Glass Hardware Inc. reserves the right to refuse any returns
